Create transcripts of Hamming course videos

Having transcripts of Hamming course videos can help with search and metadata tagging.

These will help student understanding and scholarly activity, correlating his spoken words with the Learning to Learn book and his published work.

Distilling lessons learned as a guide for transcribers will help others contribute.

The videos sometimes include words that are hard to decipher, our initial convention in transcripts is to identify problematic phrases by 'quote marks' and (sic) to support refinement.
