Calculate AP costs of action via closest node (or cheapest) not from origin node.
An example: Red 2 ACQUIRE Orange 1
Costs: From Orange 3 = 1 (when Red has access to this server node) From Red 2 = 5
The client will almost always choose the Red 2 -> Orange 1 action, even though the much cheaper option is available.
Note: Currently the way this issue is could be a good thing because it teaches the player resource management. So maybe a notification might suffice instead of a client fix.
