Additionally, when a global view is present and trace generation is re-run, the top of the list now shows the global view instead of trace 1.

The top of the global view remains cut off if the navigation pane width is wide:

The top of the global view in the graph list is cut off on Mac because the graph list is partially scrolled down. If it were scrolled to the top, the entire global view should show. On Linux, scrolling aligns items and does not show partial graphs.

To resolve this, a new graph list preference setting is added to the Settings menu allowing the user to select to scroll by item or scroll by pixel.
