This is an alternative to the existing "joystick" module.  Unlike the
joystick module, it loads joystick definitions dynamically from YAML
files, which makes it easier for someone to add support for a device
without needing to patch mavproxy itself.

Additionally, the "joymap" module supports a wider variety of control
types.  A "hat" can be used as a pair of toggle switches, and buttons
can be used either as momentary switches or grouped together to act
like a multi-position switch.

After spending some time on this I feel Peter Barker had the best method
of adding the cesium web server files to the setup.py.
His suggested method keeps the installer in a single file which is a
better soln than including an additional MANIFEST.in file.

This is a bit of a hack as it requires zip_safe=False
I'm sure there is a better way to package the app directory, however I
do not know it at this time.

the lxml dependency is not satisfied on Mint by python-lxml, so only
soln is to remove it. Sigh
