Player options after a Deny attack has been successful on a Tier 4 (near base) server node and a Tier 3 server node on the opposite side.
If a player loses one of their two server nodes in the Tier 4 level, the only other way out is through the other Tier 4 server node. However, if the player loses the Tier 3 server node on that opposite side, they are effectively disabled since they only have one action/resource point to spend, unable to acquire another server node, or even Deny their last remaining Tier 4 server node to knock them out of the game.
This could be an invalid issue if server node rebuilding is enabled; however, there should be an option to allow the player to forfeit the game.
This could be a possible edge case for ticket #36 (closed) ENDGAMES, in which a player cannot make any valid moves other than Scan on the remaining Tier 4 server node.
